The Championship Round - World's Favorite Amateur Sleuth
Butler? UConn? Who needs NCAA action when we have the two sleuths who will be pairing off in the championship round of the World's Favorite Amateur Sleuth tournament? Here are the results from The Final Four:
Nancy Drew and Jane Marple spent a lot of time leap frogging in this final round, but ultimately Jane moved out in front and Nancy wasn't able to regain the votes. Lisbeth Salander's fans must all be off looking for that fourth book because it was the Carter Ross fans who came out in droves for this round.
This leaves us with a very diverse final round. I'm looking forward to it.
Later this evening, the voting will open for the championship round of Marple vs. Ross. The voting will be open this week until midnight (Eastern) on Friday and we will crown a champion on Saturday. Pass the word for your reader friends to get their votes in!
On a couple of non-tourney notes, I want to congratulate Larry from Wisconsin who was the lucky winner of the Mulholland Books Celebration giveaway. Larry will have quite a bit to keep him busy reading very soon!
And if you haven't already done so, the voting for the Spinetingler Awards is open so you can cast your votes any time during the month of April. Don't put it off and forget though. There are many fine, deserving nominees waiting for your support. Several of the categories were hard decisions for sure.

Jane Marple 54%
Carter Ross 66%
Lisbeth Salander 34%
